 候選人買票或賺錢的傳聞可以修法解決
朋友總是不免擔心，台灣的買票的文化，議長買票，議員買票，買票無上限，嘸買嘸上(台語)。 其實，政治人物，如果真的有心改革，不要讓人民互相猜忌仇恨，不用修法，只要新議會開議，新當選的議員，發起臨時動議，提案議長直選，議員依民意，得票最高者，當議長，第二高票者當副議長，不要由議員互選(就不會有人請假，有人忘了帶身分証，有人住院，有人出國，有人要刑警保護)，要買票，也要讓人民獲益，別讓議員得利，否則，議長選舉完，沒有議員，沒有政黨，只有選贏和選輸議長兩派的虎仔(台語)。 要遏止買票，只要立法過半的政黨通過窩裡反條款，買票的椿腳和收錢的自首無罪，還有十倍獎金，獎金由出資者的罰金支付。用法律經濟和人性，可以解決問題。 為什麼不能解決，因為椿腳無祖國，椿腳不滅定律，兩黨都買票。 至於，搓圓仔湯，就是選舉賺錢的抹黑，只要立法院過半的政黨，通過選罷法，政黨法，宗教法，公司法的修法，凡公職，董事長，董事，監事，不只要財產申報，更要查5等親的財產，才不會有人從中獲利，也不會讓政黨打手，抹黑別人，製造對立，對受害者人格謀殺，永世不得超生，讓人民自相殘殺，失去寶貴的信賴。 未來，為了產業升級，發展電子貨幣的防駭系統與機制，是台灣經濟發展必由之路，接下來，廢除紙幣，全國一本帳，沒有黑錢，沒有偽鈔，沒有逃漏稅，沒有買票。 這個國家長期被一群騙子在治理，國民黨騙在台灣的中國人，民進黨騙在台灣的台灣人。 看來問題好像無解，不過，回頭看看台灣走過的民主歴史，我們又對自己充滿自信，只要想想我們的孩子的未來，還有什麼好擔心，好害怕，就用選票，投對的人，做對的事。 買票是要還的，還要付利息的。 誰說政治不能和我們想的一樣，我們這一生，每天辛辛苦苦，為的是誰，不就是我們孩子的未來。 我們要給孩子一個怎樣的未來 讓我們來決定 投對的人，做對的事，讓政治和平民的生活一致。

 咱作伙關心囝仔的未來

Find out a comfortable future for Chiayi 一、檢討兩河流域(南八掌溪，北牛稠溪)區域防洪排水體系，是否能因應極端氣候變遷，並徹底做好污水和雨水分流，與農產品灌溉水道獨立，同步做好防洪與糧食種植的源頭管理。 二、兩河流域河川整治，截彎取直，建立地下或平面水庫，提供工業區用水，打通拓寬防汛道路，整合大埔美、後湖、頭橋、民雄、中洋、嘉泰工業區，建立嘉義南北兩條新環狀路網。 三、延長國道3竹崎交流道的引道到鹿寮嘉義大學，建立新的嘉義東線。 四、變更都市計劃，成立電動公車為主的綠能產業特區，創造高薪就業機會，讓孩子返鄉就業，親子團圓。 五、建立數位民主機制 仿效電子金融服務系統，用手機和電腦投票，不用成立投開票所，不用造選舉人名冊，不用選監人事，不用南來北往，舟車勞頓，可大大節省投票成本。 投票期限延長為七日，每天公佈結果，激勵全民參與動機。 建立可整廠輸出數位民主的大數據數位民主產業，由公而私，由內而外，由政策預算決算到人事，還權於民 ，建立直接民主。 解決當前執行民主成本過高，以及以現行制度，已無法解決種種議會、行政和預算決算，三方結構性失靈問題等，。 六、立法比照台北市建立政府立法人事預算和會計財務管理的公開透明機制，上網公告。 七、建立line行動服務處，讓服務公開透明，零時差，把個案當成通案，做結構性的檢討改進，圖利大眾。 八、市府服務全面單一窗口，確保各種行政流程效率，解決極少數公務員過度作為(刁難)，或過度不作為(怠工)，或過度選擇性作為(為特權服務)等，制度性合法卻沒有效率，導致民怨四起，一點一滴腐化政府公信力。  投對的人 做對的事
Vote for a right man to do the right things.. 十年前，我對嘉義市的未來提出願景；十年後，我想再次邀請市民夥伴們，一起投入這項城市改造計畫。 這一次重新投入公共事務，從基層做起，是希望自己在有生之年，能堅持平民政治的初衷，和大家一起想辦法，用政策，用預算，用服務，用善良，說服大家，改變嘉義。 我們都是平民，沒有太多的土地，沒有太大的企業，需要圖利自己。而且，我們都不想成為人人厭惡的政治人物，也不想選出令人厭惡的政治人物，以前，我們沒有對的人可以投，不想投票。 現在我想重新邀請大家，一起來推動平民政治，投對的人，做對的事。 我期待這次，大家可以繼續為了這個找對的人，做對的事，就是平民參與政治的理想，再度凌聚，一同在這場選舉中，對市民說出，我們對這座城市未來的希望。 讓我們集眾人之志，完成眾人的事， - 投對的人 做對的事 - 這次，讓政治不一樣，未來，讓政治和你想的一樣 Since ten years ago, I have made a vision for Chiayi. Now, we would like to re-invite you to join in us being engaged in reforming this urban plan of Chiayi. This time, I choose to be back to square one, so I decide to re-plunge into public affairs once again. That’s why I’ll participate in the councilor election this year. I really hope in the rest of my life I can remain my initial motivation to persist in the aim of civilian politics I have ever advocated since 10 years ago. There is a will, there is a way. As we are all enthusiastic civilian with a good will and without few lands and businesses to benefit ourselves. Thus we must be able to come up with something to solve many of the difficulties in Chiayi by proposing policies, laws, budget, and services to persuade others to make a difference to Chiayi. I believe none of us wants to be a disgusting stateman, meanwhile none of us wants to vote for a disgusting one We didn’t want to, unless we had no better choices. Chiayi is too old to wait. It is high time to make a difference to Chiayi. There is a will, there is a way to vote for a right man to do the right things. Therefore, I hope we can gather together for the movement and fulfillment of civilian politics to make a huge difference to Chiayi. Right now just right now do it for a better future, for a better Chiayi, ourselves, and for our kids. IIlustrate our dreams and speak them out. Persist in constructing a better Chiayi. Collect the wills of people all and accomplish the things we have always being dreamed. Choose the right man right to do the right thing. Make politics different from now on. In the future we'll make politics the same as you think.  買票不只要還錢，還要繳利息。
Bribery needs paying money back and returning interest as well. 買票不只出賣我們的過去與現在，也出賣孩子可以回嘉創業的未來。 改變嘉義，要先了解，沒有產業，沒有就業，是我們這個城市發展，陷入絕境的根本原因。 我們厭倦了行政失靈、財政失靈、議會失靈的藍綠惡鬥，我們只想建立解決問題的政治文化，讓政治尊重專業，讓政治公開透明，讓政治多元參與，讓政治文化裡多一些，可以反省改進的價值。 我們希望重新檢討都市計劃，讓嘉義有產業特區，讓孩子能回家團聚。 相信用選擇改變嘉義，是我一直以來堅持的初衷 讓我們一起努力挑戰過去的不可能 我相信，過去 是因為 你們在 我在，未來 是因為 我在 你們在。 Bribery since then has not only sold out the past and now of us but also betrayed our kids’ future and any possibilities to come home with jobs and careers. Find the way back to Chiayi. Over past 30 years no industry has been being the main cause leading to no comfortable jobs for youths to come home back, so as soon as possible to set up a new special economic zone for eco-friendly industry in Chiayi is the only way to work out the dilemma of our city’s development. Find the way back to Chiayi. We have been being tired of all the failures of administration, finance and congress, resulting from endlessly and maliciously political civil war. We have way wanted to build up a political culture with publicity, open transparency, multi-participation so as to solve every-day problems well in time, reflectively making a progress day by day. Find the way back to Chiayi. We should scrutinize the urban plan to find a place for a special economic zone with new eco-friendly industry to create plenty of employment chances for juveniles to have chances to get more comfortable jobs. Let them be able to come reunify with their family after graduating from colleges and universities in other cities. Believe in your choices to change our city firmly. That’s why I could have ever insisted till now. Let’s struggle for our kids’ future again to challenge everything seeming impossible in the past. I still strongly believe in the past you were wherever I was, but in the future I will be wherever you are.  - 十年一刻，從頭做起 -
一晃眼，距離2008第二次参與公共事務，已經十年了。 10年前，藍綠惡鬥，兩大政黨，對我毫無事實的毀謗，讓我體無完膚，無力抵抗，還好我依然善良，我依然保有理想，最重要的是我有家人。 老婆適時安慰我說，一切都是最好的。 她要我保有善良，提醒我相信自己，做好父親的角色，要先照顧家人，要養大小孩，要堅持理想，不要對人性失望。 10年後，我陪老婆一起用文字與照片，完成了我們這一家笑中有淚的愛情故事，我們倆也一起養大了三個孝順的子女。 經過10年，我不想再搖旗吶喊，我也不想再高喊凍蒜，我想開心地在網路，開一日里長的直播，介紹嘉義各地擁有的特色人物、特色小吃、特色產業和發展瓶頸，讓想來嘉義深度旅遊的人們，有機會愛上嘉義。 我也會在網路做自媒體，開草莓政經的帶狀節目，從政經戰略角度，提出可以解決問題的政策和預算方案，凌聚大家對未來希望的共識。 這一次，讓我們快樂地一起唱歌跳舞，不要搖旗吶喊，不要負面悲情，我們一起用更有趣的方式爭取大家的認同，這就是我想要的「選舉文化」。 她相信 我做到 我相信 我做到 你相信 我做到 - 心存善念 盡力而為 - Ten years ago, I was slandered by almost all media and two main parties in Chiayi of Taiwan though the libels are nonsense without any facts or truths, but it really had made some of the people believe and hurt me a lot. Those libels were really malicious, almost destroying all the fundamental reputations and dignities of my being. Thanks to my goodness and beloved wife, I still have remained to keep all my ideals and dignities on my own. My wife has all the time tenderly consoled me, saying “everything happened is always the best” That’s why I didn’t choose to give up myself. My wife, Betty has forever made me keep goodness in mind and reminded me of being a good father for my family all the time. Therefore I had made an important decision to take care of my family, to bring up my children first with a humble heart, and not to be involved in any public affairs over past 10 years. The only thing I persistently believe in is never be disappointed in humanity for good. Lately I had already accompanied my wife to finish our love stories full of laughs and tears. Eventually we have successfully brought up three kids, and they are all healthy and as good as we expect. Having gone through legislator elections twice, I do not want to crowd, wave flags or shout out anymore, this time I would just like to be a live streamer to interview any one of the heads of a subdivision of the district online once a day, introducing special characters, cuisines, industry and dilemmas in this district to set up a common consensus for a better Chiayi. Let's find out some possible solutions to local issues at a time. Let’s sing and dance with smile faces together. Let’s on the Internet found a new fun election culture without flagging and negative libels. That is the political culture we want. Let's search for more recognitions and supports to win over the election and make Chiayi great again. I’ll do my best to build up a culture to pay respect to professionals without ideology, I believe more introspection makes more improvement. You believe the way we believe and I can make it come true. |
